Reservation / Booking Policy

When you book we will ask you for a credit card / debit card number and expiry date to secure the booking. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged the full amount for your stay at the time of making the reservation.

Maximum number of occupants per room:
Two adults and two minors under 12 years of age. There is an extra charge for each additional occupant.

Late Check out:
Must be requested at reception on the day of check in, may apply additional charge of $10 per hour will be charged.

No Show / Cancelations:
In case of a No Show, no refunds can be made for your reservation and the full charge for the stay will be charged by the hotel.

Cancellation policy

No Changes / Cancellations can be made to internet reservations. all internet reservations are pre-paid and our service dose not allow for us to make any refunds.

Check In Requirements

In order to Check-In all adults are required to have Valid ID one of the following (State ID, Drivers license with (Photo), Passport, or Military ID). Also valid Credit Card for at least one guest on filein the room a $25.00 dollars will be held on the card and refunded at check-out or a $25.00 cash deposit is required at check-in time for incidentals if any.

Any additional guest must be announced at check-in and a $10 per night will be charged. Max of 4 Persons per room.

Prohibited Items

Guns, illegal drugs, fire works, fire crackers are strictly prohibited. Apart from being dangerous, plastic bullets from BB Guns are toxic to the environment. Use of illegal drugs and any kinds of explosives will result in legal custody. Fire works and fire crackers are considered as illegal explosives unless a formal permit is obtained from Hotel General Manager

Pool

The Hotel Pool is only for registered hotel guest if guest visitors wish to use the facilities a additional fee of $5.00 per person will be charged. Pet's are not allowed at the pool side or in the Pool based on Florida Health Regulations.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in pet designated rooms only. A Pet fee of $10 per pet per night is charged (Maximum of two (2) Pets per room)

1. Guests bringing a pet must be willing to stay in a Pet designated room.
2. A non-refundable pet fee of $10.00 per night plus 9% tax is added to all Pet rooms.
3. Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended at any time during their stay at the hotel.
4. Pets are not permitted in any of the food & beverage areas or at the pool side
5. Pets must always be on a leash or in a cage while they are in any public or common place within the hotel.
6. Maid service will be provided only if the pet is removed from the room during the service.
7. Pet owner will be fully responsible for any injuries to the hotel employee or other hotel guest caused by their pets
8. Pet owners must pick up after their pets or a $150.00 clean up fee will be added to their room account.
9. Pet owner will be responsible for the repair of replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pets.
10. Guests who to choose not to register their pet and occupy room will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee
